A couple of issues that people have had: I am required to do a 7 day trial— Typically, there are two reasons that people see the 7-day trial instead of getting full access. The first reason is if they do not register through the Holy Day page in advance. Sometimes, people think that the holy day page is just one way to get access. Unfortunately, that is not the case. They will not be able to utilize their premium access except through first registering on the webpage. The second reason this happens is if someone registers on the holy day page through one option (phone, email, google registration, or apple registration), and then they try to access their account a different way. The first video is one that we have already seen and is about 10 minutes long.
